Digital Products and Downloadable Content
Because digital products, downloads and online materials may be accessed or copied after delivery, purchases of digital content are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been provided, except where a refund is required by law or where access was not delivered due to a verified technical or payment issue attributable to us.
Online Programmes, Coaching and Services
Cancellation and refund eligibility for programmes, coaching or services depends on the specific offer and whether the service has started or materials/access have been supplied. Any offer-specific cancellation window or refund commitment shown at checkout will apply. If no separate commitment is stated, contact us promptly with your order details and we will review the request fairly, subject to applicable law.
Duplicate or Failed Payments
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, or were charged but did not receive order confirmation or access, email us with your transaction reference and order details. After verification, any confirmed duplicate payment or payment for an undelivered order will be addressed through the original payment method where practicable.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be initiated to the original payment method. The time taken for the funds to appear depends on the bank or payment provider. We will not ask you to share passwords, OTPs or full card credentials to process a request.
